We send you hand control every Friday to the place you want. Before purchasing a product, you can check if the operation and installation method of the product are suitable for you. 

How to apply
  • Buy 'experience service' at a dedicated mall

Experience period: 7 days (Friday Arrival - Collection the following Friday)

How to proceed
  1. Application: After checking the service usage regulations, purchase the service at the exclusive mall.
  2. Shipment: We will send you the product the day before the desired date of receipt (Friday).
  3. Arrival: After receiving the product, the demo box will be opened by hand, and please be careful not to damage the product during the week-long demo period.
  4. Collection: Please put the product in the original bag and put it in the demo box in the same way as when it arrived the next Friday. Please put the demo box in the plastic wrapper that I sent you at the time of shipment and deliver it to the courier. (We have requested your visit)
Precautions
  1. This service is limited to once per customer. Please understand that we may contact you for confirmation when applying multiple times.
  2. If the application date is one day before the desired receipt date (1 day), you cannot apply.
  3. If you want to extend the return date due to other unavoidable circumstances, please contact us in advance, and we inform you in advance that an additional fee of KRW 11,000 (including VAT) will be incurred per day of extension. (However, it may not be possible to extend it depending on the service application situation. Also, if you notify us of the extension afterwards without consulting with us in advance, you will be charged a late fee as it is considered a delay in return.)
  4. If the return date is delayed without prior consultation, a late fee will be incurred depending on the number of days of delay. (+22,000 won per day of late fee (tax included)
